The flavours are actually nice, but I’ve found I need to steep it longer or use more tea than usual to get a decent cup. It’s not bad, just weaker than I expected. Also, the reminder emails/messages are a bit much — they feel aggressive for just tea, honestly.

My tea showed up in perfect shape with no dents or leaks, which I really appreciated. The box felt sturdy and everything inside was wrapped nicely. I’m really happy with the packaging. Did anyone else have the same good experience with theirs?

I really liked the taste of this. It mixes okay, not perfectly, but good enough for me overall.

I popped in and really liked the vibe straight away. The place smelled amazing, the staff were friendly and chatty without hovering over me, which I really appreciated. It’s nice when a shop respects you enough to let you browse instead of trying to pressure you into buying something. It felt cosy and easy to wander around, and I ended up staying way longer than I meant to just looking at all the teas. I’d definitely go back.

I’ve ordered a few times now and the teas are always lovely. The order emails and receipts come through straight away too, which makes everything feel easy and well organised.

To be fair, they replied quickly and were nice about the whole thing, and they got it sorted without making it feel like a big hassle. I did appreciate that. The only letdown was the delivery, which took longer than I expected and was a bit disappointing. Overall, the support was good, but the wait kept me from giving 5 stars

I’ve ordered from Bird & Blend a few times now, and it’s kind of confirmed what I already thought: you’re paying a fair price for nicer tea. Some of the blends can feel a bit expensive if you’re drinking them every day, but the smaller packs make it easier to try things without spending too much. Delivery isn’t the cheapest ever, but it’s reasonable enough and hasn’t put me off ordering again. Overall, I’m happy with what I’ve paid, I just keep thinking a few of the popular teas could be a little cheaper.

I’m obsessed with checking the limited editions because they vanish like they were never even real. If I see one I want, I basically panic-buy it immediately because waiting is not an option. It’s always ridiculously fun seeing what weird little flavour they come up with next.

I’m not the most patient person, so waiting for it to finish brewing is kind of annoying, but wow, the smell makes up for it. It’s cozy and fruity and makes my whole kitchen smell amazing.

I’ve had a few online orders from other places show up with missing items or the wrong thing before, so I was really pleased this one arrived exactly as expected. It was my first time ordering from Bird & Blend, and everything matched the confirmation email perfectly. The teas were packed well, nothing was missing, and there were no mix-ups. i was just happy it all came right.

I ordered a few samples before committing to the bigger packs, and it was a really useful way to test them out. There was a good mix to choose from and everything arrived in good condition. I even found a couple I probably wouldn’t have picked normally, which was a nice surprise. The only thing is I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer, but overall it was a good experience.

I usually enjoy trying Bird & Blend’s seasonal teas, but this batch was a bit disappointing. Like I said, I normally get excited for their seasonal range, but a few of these just didn’t really deliver. Some sounded lovely on the website, then when I actually made them they were either way too sweet or just kind of bland. A couple of the ones I really wanted had already sold out quickly too, so I ended up choosing from whatever was left. Like I said, it wasn’t awful or anything, but for the price I expected a bit more. I don’t think I’ll be rushing to grab the next seasonal drop.

It worked in the end, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but the pages felt a little slow and I had to double-check my delivery details because it wasn’t super clear at first?! Payment went through fine, thankfully. Not bad overall, just not as smooth as I expected.

I ordered some tea the whole thing was super straightforward. The tracking updates were really clear, so I knew when it was packed and when it was on the way. I usually don’t care that much about tracking, but I also kept checking it like it was a major delivery. It arrived right on time, which was nice, and there wasn’t any stress at all. Almost boring, but in a good way.

I’ve ordered from Bird & Blend a few times now, and the choice is probably the best part. There’s proper tea, fruity stuff, dessert-style blends, chai, matcha… basically enough options to make “just picking a tea” feel like a full-time job, which is obviously very convenient.
Not every blend is my thing, but that’s normal when there’s this much to choose from. I still keep finding new ones I want to chuck in my basket, so yeah, 5 stars from me for repeatedly enabling my tea habit.

I do like earning points whenever I order tea, and the rewards are definitely a nice perk. I just wish it was easier to see where I’m at with my points. It feels like a avoidable hassle, but overall I still enjoy using it.
